All come with a private bathroom, kitchen facilities and a study desk. How much space you have will vary depending on what room you choose. Here, you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained! Common areas are ideal for socialising with foosball, pool and ping pong. Head outside and make the most of the weather in our courtyard, or visit our on-site gym. Nearby City, University of London is five minutes away by foot, while the rest of the city’s universities can be reached by public transport. Walk in any direction and you’ll find lots going on, with Shoreditch, Islington and Clerkenwell all nearby. Here, you’ll have a huge choice of places to eat, drink or relax, with food from all over the world. Being just 10 minutes away from Walmsley Studios, Farringdon station is well placed to take you to all of London’s popular spots and attractions.

Cancellation: If you need to change or cancel your booking with us, you can do so but you may still be liable to pay your rent if you completed your booking and are outside the cooling off period. That's why if you don't get the results you need or your visa application is declined, we'll cancel your booking free of charge giving you peace of mind. This cancellation request is available to customers who have not yet checked in. If you have already checked in please speak to your property manager. Deposit: Advance rent has replaced deposits for most of our bookings. Some students who book through their university may still be required to pay a deposit. Customers who have previously paid a deposit will have their deposit returned when rebooking. Advance rent is our new upfront payment type. It is a payment of a set amount (usually £250) towards your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking. Advance rent will be exempt from anyone booking in Scotland, paying in full, rebooking or booking after the due date of the first instalment.
