Our 182 RVC students who live here get access to our common area with TV and a pool table. which has sofas and a TV plus a free-to-use pool table. But, living in this exciting Zone 2 location, you’ll also want to spend your free time exploring the vibrant local area. Situated in the increasingly-popular Kentish Town area, this property is a 20-minute walk from the RVC campus. Camden’s world-famous market and nightlife are just a 15-minute walk away. And when you want something a bit quieter, you can walk to the wide open spaces of Parliament Hill and Hampstead Heath in only 20 minutes.

Payment and cancellation

Cancellation: If you need to change or cancel your booking with us, you can do so but you may still be liable to pay your rent if you completed your booking and are outside the cooling off period. That's why if you don't get the results you need or your visa application is declined, we'll cancel your booking free of charge giving you peace of mind. This cancellation request is available to customers who have not yet checked in. If you have already checked in please speak to your property manager. If you have already checked into your room and you wish to cancel or amend your booking please contact your property reception team who will be happy to advise you on the next steps. Deposit: Advance rent has replaced deposits for most of our bookings. Some students who book through their university may still be required to pay a deposit. Customers who have previously paid a deposit will have their deposit returned when rebooking. Advance rent is our new upfront payment type. It is a payment of a set amount (usually £250) towards your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking. Advance rent will be exempt from anyone booking in Scotland, paying in full, rebooking or booking after the due date of the first instalment.
