You can blend learning and life in this top-notch student block. Up for a game of pool? Our games room is the ultimate hangout spot, equipped with a pool table and comfy seating for spectators. It’s perfect for friendly competition, lively conversations and unwinding with friends. Living at Ablett House for two years and staying a third. They've been so helpful throughout my university experience, letting me rehearse presentations and cheering me on. Friendly and caring staff. Awesome social events and lots of holiday celebrations. Staying at Ablett during my 1st year was great! Helpful staff, perfect city centre location. Tesco and library nearby. Very social with seasonal parties in the common room. Great for meeting people from different universities. Highly recommend! All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items. Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.
