About

Elvet Studios

Features Self-contained Studios At Elvet Studios, we provide a home for 112 students just outside of Durham city centre, and only a 20-minute walk away from the main Durham University campus. As the name suggests, the rooms here are all self-contained studios. That means you get your own bathroom and kitchen, as well as a private space to eat and study. When you want to socialise, there’s a bright common room on the ground floor, with sofas and TV, board games, and a space for study. Elvet Studios looks onto a cricket ground beside the River Wear, which gives the property a relaxing countryside feel. But it’s just a 15-minute walk from here to Durham city centre, where you’ll find all the food and drink, entertainment, and shopping your heart could desire.
