You can share your bathroom, kitchen and lounge with flatmates, or choose an en-suite room for your own private bathroom. For everything to yourself, our studio option will be perfect for you. On the ground floor, you’ll find a common room with a pool and ping pong table, a sofa and TV area. There’s also a study space with plenty of desks for your study sessions. Outside, you'll find a courtyard with games, picnic tables and plants. Situated next to lively Park Street in the centre of Bristol, UNITE House is a popular city centre home for almost 400 University of Bristol students. The main campus is just a 10-minute walk away. Next door, you’ll find live music venue the O2 Academy. And venture round to Park Street for shopping, food, drinks, and late-night fun.

Payment and cancellation

Cancellation: If you need to change or cancel your booking with us, you can do so but you may still be liable to pay your rent if you completed your booking and are outside the cooling off period. You can find out more information in We understand that applying for a University place or a visa application can be a stressful process. That's why if you don't get the results you need or your visa application is declined, we'll cancel your booking free of charge giving you peace of mind. This cancellation request is available to customers who have not yet checked in. If you have already checked in please speak to your property manager. If you have already checked into your room and you wish to cancel or amend your booking please contact your property reception team who will be happy to advise you on the next steps. Deposit: Advance rent has replaced deposits for most of our bookings. Some students who book through their university may still be required to pay a deposit. Customers who have previously paid a deposit will have their deposit returned when rebooking. Advance rent is our new upfront payment type. It is a payment of a set amount (usually £250) towards your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking. Advance rent will be exempt from anyone booking in Scotland, paying in full, rebooking or booking after the due date of the first instalment.

Guarantor: A guarantor is required for all customers who book directly with us. If your guarantor does not accept the agreement, your booking will expire and you could lose your room.
