Timber Yard is just moments away from the University of Bristol’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, set to open in September 2026. This promises to give residents a perfect blend of calm and community. It’s also an ideal base for those studying a bit further, as the University of Bath is only a 45-minute easy commute away with great transport links, and The University of Law is conveniently situated right in the heart of the city’s professional district. With multiple dedicated study spaces dotted throughout the building, you’ll always find a quiet corner to focus when you need it. Whether that’s in your room or in one of our collaborative meeting rooms is your decision. Another truly unique aspect of life at our property is our partnership with local graffiti artist Rich T. This means every amenity space will be filled with bespoke murals and artwork, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop you won’t find anywhere else.
