All rooms are non en-suite, meaning you’ll share your bathroom and kitchen, which has space for socialising with your flatmates. Away from your room there’s a Communal Study Space in neighbouring property The Rackhay, and a convenience store conveniently located on the ground floor. You’ll also have access to the social spaces and events at neighbouring Waverley House and The Rackhay. Located in the heart of Bristol and boasting a waterfront location, Favell House is perfectly placed for making the most of student life. Favell House is just a 10-minute walk from the University of Bristol campus. The bustling bars of Kings Street are around the corner, as is the newly renovated Bristol Old Vic. For something more relaxed, head over to Queen Square, a popular retreat playing host to markets, outdoor theatre, and live music.

Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your booking with us, you can do so but you may still be liable to pay your rent if you completed your booking and are outside the cooling off period. You can find out more information in We understand that applying for a University place or a visa application can be a stressful process. That's why if you don't get the results you need or your visa application is declined, we'll cancel your booking free of charge giving you peace of mind. This cancellation request is available to customers who have not yet checked in. If you have already checked in please speak to your property manager. If you have already checked into your room and you wish to cancel or amend your booking please contact your property reception team who will be happy to advise you on the next steps. Deposit
Advance rent has replaced deposits for most of our bookings. Some students who book through their university may still be required to pay a deposit. Customers who have previously paid a deposit will have their deposit returned when rebooking. Advance rent is our new upfront payment type. It is a payment of a set amount (usually £250) towards your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking. Advance rent will be exempt from anyone booking in Scotland, paying in full, rebooking or booking after the due date of the first instalment.

Guarantor
A guarantor is required for all customers who book directly with us. If your guarantor does not accept the agreement, your booking will expire and you could lose your room.
