Brunel House
Features Grand Victorian building Named after the legendary engineer who designed it in the 1830s, Brunel House is a former Victorian hotel that’s now an eco-friendly student home to, 246 students, communal spaces, and 10 minutes from the University of Bristol. It’s the outside areas that really set Brunel House apart. A wildflower meadow, bat and bird boxes, bee hotels and log pile sanctuaries for insects and reptiles. All this in a three-tiered private garden featuring original murals from local artist Andy Council.
